Raw Honey
Pure wildflower honey, extracted and lightly strained. Golden, floral and never heated — exactly as the bees made it.
Raw, unfiltered honey carried from hive to jar by hand — a quiet craft passed down through generations.
North Maple Honey Co. began in the 1990s as a family devotion to the bees and the land. Today we carry that same patience into every jar — honey gathered slowly, never rushed, never processed.
We keep our honey exactly as the hive intended: raw, living, and full of character. From the meadows of Ontario to traditional Karakovan comb, every harvest honours the work of the bees.
"The bees taught me patience. The flowers taught me generosity. I am just the one who carries the jar." — Ahmet, Founder
Pure wildflower honey, extracted and lightly strained. Golden, floral and never heated — exactly as the bees made it.
Honey harvested directly in its natural beeswax comb. The comb is built by the bees themselves and filled with raw honey — cut and served as nature made it. No extraction, no processing.
The purest form of honey. In Karakovan beekeeping, the bees build their own comb entirely from scratch — no frames, no foundation, no added wax. Every cell is made by the bees themselves. The result is honey in its most natural, untouched state.

Store at room temperature, ideally between 18–24°C, for the best texture and flavour.
Cold speeds up crystallization and dulls the aroma. The cupboard is honey's best friend.
Honey draws in moisture from the air. Always close the lid tightly after every use.
Use a clean, dry spoon. Water and crumbs are the only things that can spoil pure honey.
Keep jars out of direct sunlight to preserve the delicate enzymes and natural colour.
If your honey turns grainy or solid, it's a sign it's raw and pure. Warm the jar gently in water to return it to liquid.
Raw honey contains flavonoids and phenolic compounds that help protect the body's cells.
Its natural sugars give a clean, lasting source of fuel — a wholesome alternative to refined sugar.
Honey has natural antibacterial properties and has been used for wound care for centuries.
A spoonful can ease a sore throat and calm coughs — a trusted traditional remedy.
Raw honey contains prebiotics that help nourish beneficial bacteria in the gut.
Unlike heated, processed honey, raw honey keeps its enzymes, pollen and full nutritional value.
